That Darn Cat

As many of you know, Timmy and I have a third member of our family, a 7 month old calico cat named Lila. I adopted her from some friends and we've had her since she was two months old. Having her in our lives is essentially like having a baby/puppy combo (she acts more like a dog than a cat...). Lila is FULL of energy and is constantly getting into trouble; however, I can't help but laugh whenever she misbehaves... This week has been interesting, never a dull moment with her around... Here are the top stories this week from "That Darn Cat":

1. She LOVES to "help" out around the house.


"Doing" laundry....

"Folding" clothes...

"Assisting" Timmy in putting together the bookcase....

2. Family time. Lila is incredibly social and constantly follows us around the house... To the point of causing problems! It's hilarious to see what all she partakes in!

If you do a nightly devotion, so does she....

If you're in the bathroom, so is she...

If you watch TV, specifically The Price is Right, so does she....

3. She loves "getting into" things..... LITERALLY.

and a bug in the rug...!

4. Nevertheless, she always has a way of making me laugh... Which coincidentally, usually involves her getting into trouble...

Yup... Ran up into a tree...

Timmy trying to get her down... He eventually had to lift me up, and I grabbed her.
Then we decided to put her harness and leash on,
(yes, she has a harness and leash, otherwise we'd be constantly getting her out of trees!)
and let her sit outside....



That's when this happened.... Multiple times...
She wasn't hurt because her harness supported her, but it was HILARIOUS.

 5. No matter how much trouble she gets in, she makes my day!

That darn cat... But man, you've got to LOVE her!!!
